Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and should have a solid understanding of full-stack web development, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, performance tuning, and queries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux (or any other state management), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js for building backend APIs.
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, and indexing.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT, OAuth, and authentication/authorization flows.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile development practices.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
