.NET Developer

Job Summary

The .NET Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality .NET applications, contributing to the successful execution of projects and overall organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality .NET applications (web, desktop, or services).
• Work with C#, ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and .NET Framework/.NET 6+.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle), including writing stored procedures, functions, and optimizing queries.
• Contribute to DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
• Document technical designs, system workflows, and support knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core and ORM tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in .NET development with a strong background in the listed technologies.
