With over 300 clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, and a growing volume of fit-out projects, Table Space helps businesses set up high-quality offices quickly and efficiently as they scale across locations. Role Overview This is a senior leadership role combining corporate finance, FP&A, and investor-facing responsibilities. The role will play a critical part in supporting the company through its pre-IPO and post-listing journey. Key Responsibilities ● Lead corporate finance activities including financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis ● Prepare board, investor, and banker presentations with a strong focus on narrative and accuracy ● Oversee FP&A, including MIS, monthly reporting, AOP, and long-range planning ● Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and other external partners during IPO preparation ● Support preparation and refresh of DRHP financials and coordinate inputs with internal teams ● Participate in investor roadshows and work closely with Investor Relations on messaging and positioning ● Post-listing, drive quarterly earnings processes, coordinate with business and finance teams, and shape investor communication ● Support capital structure, fund-raising, and strategic finance initiatives as needed Candidate Profile ● CA or MBA with 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and strategic finance ● Strong command over financial models, business analysis, and investor communication ● Experience working on IPO processes or listed company investor relations is a plus ● High ownership, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in dynamic, high-growth environments
