Business Planning <br /> Coordinate with all verticals and build annual/monthly/quarterly business plans including profitability projections<br /> Dashboard & MIS: Build key MIS & dashboard for both internal and external stakeholders, work with tech team to automate standard reporting & dashboards<br /> Business Finance & Variance Analysis: Support Business team with doing in-depth analysis of business processes and monthly variance analysis<br /> Competitor Research: Understand and deep dive on the competitor landscape and give insight<br /> Strategic Initiatives: Track & support key initiatives across the organisation<br /> Debt Fund Raising & Co-Lending: Support in end-to-end processing of term loan and co-lending including post disbursement management & compliances<br /> Qualifications:<br /> MBA – Finance or CA/IPCC<br /> Preferably with B.Tech/Bachelor of Engineering <br /> Relevant Years of experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in NBFC or Fintech<br /> Individual with ability to multi task & Business Mindset<br /> Good MS Excel & SQL Skills<br /> Energetic Individual with Excellent reporting, presenting & communication skills<br /> Growth & Learning Mindset<br />
