Business Planning 
Coordinate with all verticals and build annual/monthly/quarterly business plans including profitability projections
Dashboard & MIS: Build key MIS & dashboard for both internal and external stakeholders, work with tech team to automate standard reporting & dashboards
Business Finance & Variance Analysis: Support Business team with doing in-depth analysis of business processes and monthly variance analysis
Competitor Research: Understand and deep dive on the competitor landscape and give insight
Strategic Initiatives: Track & support key initiatives across the organisation
Debt Fund Raising & Co-Lending: Support in end-to-end processing of term loan and co-lending including post disbursement management & compliances
Qualifications:
MBA – Finance or CA/IPCC
Preferably with B.Tech/Bachelor of Engineering 
Relevant Years of experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in NBFC or Fintech
Individual with ability to multi task & Business Mindset
Good MS Excel & SQL Skills
Energetic Individual with Excellent reporting, presenting & communication skills
