AWS/DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

As an AWS/DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes. You will work closely with development teams to implement and automate workflows, improving the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operations processes using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all systems and applications.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AWS DevOps, Kubernetes Administration, Terraform, Ansible Playbooks, and Docker.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a DevOps or related role, with specific experience in managing AWS environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in AWS environments.

Environment

• Location: Pune
• Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position.
• Start Date: Expected to start in 15 days from the date of offer acceptance.
