Job Description
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals—boosting brand awareness, traffic, conversions, and retention.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns—including social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), search engine marketing (SEO/PPC), display ads, and influencer partnerships.
2. Campaign Price Negotiation
- Lead negotiation of media and influencer campaign pricing to secure effective placements within budget while maximizing ROI.
- Identify and assess potential partners (e.g., platforms, media outlets, influencers), review proposals, negotiate pricing and deliverables, and evaluate performance outcomes.
3. Content Creation & Management
- Plan and oversee content strategy—including product launches, promotions, blog posts, videos, and social media assets—that reflects brand voice and appeals to key demographics.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external creators to produce high-quality visuals and storytelling content.
- Ensure content consistency across digital touchpoints—from website to social platforms and ad creatives.
4. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns continuously—refining target audiences, ad formats, creative messaging, and budget distribution.
5. Digital Presence & Community Engagement
- Manage platforms’ daily operations—posting, audience interaction, commenting, and customer engagement.
- Monitor brand conversations and industry trends to respond proactively and maintain positive brand sentiment.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, sales, operations, and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives with product rollouts, promotions, and customer needs.
- Sync with customer service to integrate feedback into marketing messaging and content strategy.
7. Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and monitor the digital marketing budget—allocating funds across campaigns and channels strategically.
- Provide comprehensive performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
