•Manage & implement Complete CO module in SAP through Development of reports & COPA •Prepare and implement the Product costing policy & systems in group. •Establishes internal controls, SOP’s and guidelines for cost accounting transactions , month end closing and budget preparation. •Oversees the preparation of periodic costing reports & ensures that the reported results comply with Cost accounting principles or financial reporting standards. •Analyse unit wise costing data and prepare the Monthly costing presentation for Std vs. Act along with the Product wise report for RED , ORANGE , YELLOW , BLUE & GREEN category. •Responsible for Monthly variance analyses for MHR , LHR and tracking of the periodic RM revision and Supplementary/ Provisions to the customers • Inventory valuation for FG, WIP & RM with a system accuracy of BOM & Routings in SAP •Cost reduction & cost saving project discussion with the Operation / business heads and monthly monitoring •Validation of the cost saving projects from other departments . •Cost Audit •Capex monitoring and ROI tracking for completed projects
