<p><strong>Role overview:</strong></p> <p>The Program Manager will own the end‑to‑end design and execution of Mesa&rsquo;s flagship programs for early‑career professionals and founders.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and run academic and co‑curricular programs, including classes, projects, and industry sessions.</li> <li>Work with founders, CXOs, and startup leaders to design learning experiences and guest sessions.</li> <li>Track learner progress and outcomes, using data to improve program quality and completion.</li> <li>Coordinate across admissions, placements, marketing, and operations to deliver a great student experience.</li> <li>Document processes, build playbooks, and continuously improve how programs are delivered.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a similar execution‑heavy role.</li> <li>Strong ownership mindset and bias for action; comfortable running complex projects end‑to‑end.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work from our Bengaluru campus in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in ed‑tech, higher education, or startup ecosystems.</li> <li>Interest in education, talent development, or building communities.</li> </ul>
