Job Description

RevOps Associate

Company Overview

Hakimo's AI-powered security agent delivers real-time threat detection, proactive deterrence, and seamless monitoring to safeguard businesses around the clock. Hakimo was founded with a bold vision: to bring cybersecurity-grade intelligence to physical security. Our mission is to revolutionize the security industry with AI-powered monitoring tools and services, creating a future where security is proactive, intelligent, and seamlessly integrated—eliminating threats before they escalate and ensuring complete end-to-end protection for businesses everywhere.

Job Summary

Hakimo is seeking a RevOps Associate to support our US-based Sales team by building the data infrastructure, reporting, and automations that power our go-to-market motion. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build lead lists, manage lead-to-rep assignments, monitor marketing & sales performance through dashboards, and create automations that enhance the efficiency of our revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, clean, and maintain lead lists by sourcing and enriching prospect data across multiple platforms (Pipedrive, ZoomInfo, CoStar, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Manage lead and account assignment logic across the sales team, ensuring accurate lead routing based on territory, segment, and rules of engagement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards (Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or similar) to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep-level productivity.
  • Design and implement automations and reusable workflows (Google Sheets formulas, scripts, Pipedrive workflows, AI tools) to reduce manual work in prospecting, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis on pipeline, conversion, and performance trends, translating findings into actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, including deduplication, fuzzy-matching across data sources, organization/contact normalization, and permission and access configuration.
  • Collaborate closely with the US-based Sales team to meet day-to-day operational needs, handle ad hoc data requests, and drive process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of RevOps workflows.
  • Document processes, build playbooks, and create reusable infrastructure rather than one-off analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a similar data-driven, cross-functional role.
  • Strong aptitude with numbers, capable of working quickly and accurately with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent insight generation and root cause analysis skills—comfortable explaining not just “what happened” but also “why it happened” and “what to do about it.”
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay) to expedite research, data cleaning, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Pipedrive, including pipeline configuration, permissions, imports, and reporting.
  • Experience working with US-based teams or stakeholders, adept in async communication and available for partial US-hours overlap.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly presenting data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment filled with ambiguity.
  • Prior exposure to sales/go-to-market data (lead lists, pipeline data, prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, CoStar, or Apollo) is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional experience with advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a similar data-driven role.

Environment

The position is based in Bengaluru, India and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The role requires occasional overlap with US working hours for effective collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

Salary

Estimated salary range not specified.

Growth Opportunities

The RevOps Associate role offers opportunities for professional development and career growth within a fast-growing AI company.

  • Opportunities for learning, growth, and professional development.
  • Chance to help build and scale the customer support function at a rapidly growing company.
