Job Description
Customer Service, Sale and Staff Management:
Drives sales through engagement of customers, cross selling, and upselling, and sharing product
knowledge. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent
sales service.
Plan and implement Operations procedures in the store to deliver the desired level of consumer
satisfaction.
Responsible for revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales target
Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement to
enhance their performance.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and
make informed business decisions.
Manage point-of-sale processes and ensure complete accuracy.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Inventory and retail space management:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management,
and security protocols.
Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance
product presentation and maximize sales.
Coordinate with head office to replenish stock as needed.
Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company's stock records, identifying any discrepancies, and
providing recommendations for enhancing inventory management processes.
Reporting:
Ensure internal SOP is maintained and daily stock balance reports are prepared.
Sales tracker and lead reports to be updated daily.
Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the
timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing, and submitting reports, and monitoring sales
receipts.
