Job Summary
The Data Scientist / ML Engineer (DataRobot Specialist) will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing machine learning (ML) solutions using DataRobot. This role will play a critical part in translating ML insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives, leveraging a strong foundation in algorithms and evaluation metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage ML solutions utilizing DataRobot, including AutoML and MLOps features.
- Build, validate, and optimize ML models while demonstrating a strong understanding of algorithms and evaluation metrics.
- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and analysis using Python and SQL.
- Translate complex ML insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree or PhD is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Deep hands-on expertise in DataRobot.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, modeling, and evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ML concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience in MLOps practices and deployment strategies.
- Background in statistical modeling and data analysis.
Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a similar role.
