Job Summary

The Data Scientist / ML Engineer (DataRobot Specialist) will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing machine learning (ML) solutions using DataRobot. This role will play a critical part in translating ML insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives, leveraging a strong foundation in algorithms and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage ML solutions utilizing DataRobot, including AutoML and MLOps features.
• Build, validate, and optimize ML models while demonstrating a strong understanding of algorithms and evaluation metrics.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and analysis using Python and SQL.
• Translate complex ML insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree or PhD is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in DataRobot.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, modeling, and evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ML concepts to non-technical audiences.
