Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Finance, RPG Enterprises

 

Objective:
The purpose of this role is to execute the activities of the Group’s Corporate Finance function and also work for the Group’s Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisition and Equity related activities.

 

Priorities and Responsibilities of the position:

 

1. Investors Relations:
a.Manage investors relations for Group companies
b.Analyse and provide support to the group companies from an equity market’s perspective
c.Organise periodic Investor Relations conferences and events at the group level
d.Provide market intelligence and peer benchmarking for group companies

 

2. Group Mergers & Acquisitions:
a.Identify and determine feasibility of possible M&A opportunities
b.Work on the strategies and objectives for the M&A division and assist in the overall execution
c.Create presentations, financial models and assist in providing market intelligence

d.Work with multiple stakeholders

 

3. Corp Finance:
a.Though expertise is not required, familiarity and good understanding of equity markets
b.Should have awareness of the investment banking industry, preferably relationship management and investment banking practices

Desired Candidate Profile:
•Candidate with a working knowledge of Tyre Sector
•MBA from any reputed institutions / CA/ CFA
•Should have handled Corporate Finance / IR / M&A deal closing responsibilities
•Preferable to have a background in Investment Banking, equity research or corporate finance division of any conglomerate is desirable
