Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the discovery phase of a project aimed at onboarding stakeholders to a contact center platform. This position requires the ability to gather requirements and facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring a smooth integration process.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process to the contact center platform.
  • Collaborate with engineers to assist in the build and configuration of the platform.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the gathered requirements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Act as a limited capacity Scrum Master to support agile processes and team dynamics.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the engineering team throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role or related position.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Telephony experience
    • Proficiency in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
    • Experience with Salesforce integration (preferred)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree or certifications in Business Analysis or related fields.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience functioning as a Scrum Master, particularly in a limited capacity.
  • Familiarity with contact center platforms and their integration processes.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or a similar role, with a focus on telephony and integration projects.
