Role Overview:

Join our marketing team to lead Creative Design and Social Media initiatives. We seek a dynamic individual with 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, specializing in social media content creation, brand design, and POS/packaging design.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Custodian: Manage all brand collaterals.
• Content Creation: Design static and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Brand Identity: Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and marketing materials.
• POS Materials: Conceptualize and design posters, banners, displays, and packaging.
• Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Team Guidance: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and freelancers.
• Trends & Practices: Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and industry standards.
• Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets including images, graphics, and videos.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree from MICA/NID or a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design, focusing on social media content creation, branding, and POS materials.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Coral Draw.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Experience in creating POS materials and packaging designs.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in videography and video editing is a plus.
