Role Overview
We’re looking for a Founding Member – Project Manager (Content) who can bring structure, clarity, and high execution velocity to our content operations and initiatives
You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to manage operationally complex projects, streamline workflows, and drive delivery across content, product, and tech.
What You'll Own

Drive execution of large-scale content operations and cross-functional projects

Set up and optimize workflows, systems, and dashboards for content production and distribution

Plan and deliver content initiatives by collaborating with content creators, product, and tech teams

Ensure high-quality and high-throughput content delivery aligned with business goals

Proactively solve bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and improve execution speed

Define and own key operational metrics - throughput, quality, TAT, etc.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in project management or operational leadership roles

Tier-1 pedigree (IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS) or Ex-Founder

Experience working with content platforms or leading content-heavy projects

Structured thinker with a process-oriented mindset and bias for execution

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
