Job Summary
We are looking for a City Head to drive market expansion, business growth, and city-level operations for ParkSmart. This is a high-ownership role responsible for building partnerships, driving revenue, managing stakeholders, and establishing the company's presence across the assigned city. The ideal candidate should have strong business development experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage city-wide growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive city-level business expansion and market penetration.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across commercial and infrastructure segments.
- Build strategic partnerships with relevant ecosystem stakeholders.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve city-level business targets.
- Represent ParkSmart in the local market and build a strong business network.
- Manage the overall city portfolio independently.
Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Expansion, or City Operations.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large accounts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Educational qualifications: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferred Skills
- Background in Commercial Real Estate, Facility Management, Building Automation, Smart Infrastructure, Access Control Systems, Parking Solutions, Property Technology (PropTech), Security & Surveillance, or Industrial Automation.
Experience
- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in the specified fields.
