Job Summary

The SAP PS (Project System) and ETO (Engineer To Order) Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing project-related activities within the SAP system. This role involves working closely with project managers and engineering teams to facilitate process improvements, enhance project tracking, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP PS and ETO modules to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance through effective reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and provide solutions.
• Assist in user training and support for SAP PS and ETO functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the SAP system during project execution.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP PS and ETO modules.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP related tools and technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and engineering processes.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
