<div>Must have:</div> <div>Proven team leadership, preferably of a risk management team, but could be from an investments / analytics background.<br /> Understanding of the regulatory landscape applicable to both the WMC and an AMC in India. &nbsp;Demonstration of experience interacting with SEBI on risk management topics is a nice to have.<br /> Can demonstrate understanding of investment markets and ex-ante portfolio risk management techniques, to be an effective risk manager for the multi-asset portfolio solutions that the WMC will be constructing for our clients.<br /> Can articulate a clear understanding, preferably with examples, of establishing or managing risk governance frameworks within an AMC or WMC in India.<br /> &nbsp;</div> <div>Nice to have:</div> <div>Can demonstrate leadership of risk management committees or other governance committees.<br /> Able to articulate, with examples, how they have contributed to the development of an investment process, with a bias towards risk management inputs using ex-ante risk models and systems.<br /> Can articulate how they have been able to implement scale solutions, which is particularly relevant for the WMC where we won&rsquo;t be able to risk manage the individual client portfolios, but we will need to implement solutions to ensure the investment of the model portfolios for the individual clients is effective and outliers are flagged for review and action to be taken.</div>
