Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analytical work to drive business strategy across different verticals within the organization. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Strategy and the leadership team to enhance business performance by leveraging data analysis, process improvement, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create insights that enhance decision making across various areas of the business.
• Understand industry trends and produce quick deliverables for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple cross-functional projects and strategies that have direct and meaningful impact on the business.
• Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization, using external and internal insights to influence strategic direction.
• Execute other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
• Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in an Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability, including demonstrated knowledge of business analysis.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured problems into insights, plans, and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional maturity to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build collaboration, credibility, and relationships quickly across functions and levels.
• Ability to think out of the box and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Conceptual and visual thinking skills.

Experience

2-4 years of work experience in Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or a related role.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore.
• Work setting is primarily in-office, as an individual contributor within the organization.
