ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales and BD resource, with a focus on government tender-driven business and establishing strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure government contracts, driving revenue growth, and fostering collaborations with key partners. You will work closely with stakeholders to navigate government policy shaping, procurement processes and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing government policies, regulations, and legislative developments that impact our industry. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate regulatory landscapes and drive business growth through effective policy advocacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute strategic sales plans and AOP to achieve revenue targets through government tenders / contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses such pharma brands, distributors, manufacturers etc. to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Take complete ownership of revenue growth. Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and departments.
- Monitor government tender portals and industry publications to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with tender requirements and contract execution.
