Job Description - Ecommerce Operations Executive Company website: www.plaeto.in/ Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities ● Process and manage daily orders across marketplaces and D2C website ● Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatches and deliveries ● Handle returns, cancellations, refunds, and order-related customer queries ● Monitor and update inventory across all platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling ● Upload and update product listings, prices, descriptions, and images ● Maintain hygiene and accuracy across marketplace seller panels ● Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues with courier partners ● Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, returns, inventory, and order status ● Ensure compliance with platform SLAs, penalties, and operational KPIs ● Liaise with customer support, warehouse, and supply chain teams for smooth operations Requirements ● 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (D2C or marketplaces) ● Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. ● Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) ● Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills ● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines ● Experience with tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or Shiprocket is a plus ● Prior experience in a fast-paced D2C/startup environment is preferred
