Position- Lead- Sales and business development
Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with existing customers to grow sales

Identify new customers in India and globally and grow new business

Manage sales process in a KPI-driven manner using a CRM tool

Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business for the company (Bio Availability/Bio Equivalence studies, Clinical Data Services, Biologics)
They should have a good understanding of the trends in the CRO and pharma business in India and globally.
They are expected to develop and execute sales plans.

More than 10 years of sales experience in a CRO or a pharma company

Bachelors degree in pharma (Mastrer's degree or MBA preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent planning and analytical skills
