Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Windows + Azure Administrator (L2) to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Windows Server environments and working with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based services. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, ensuring the efficient running of the network, servers, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments, including server installations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Assist in the management of Azure cloud services, including virtual machines (VMs), Azure Active Directory, networking, storage, and resource management.
• Perform regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Windows Servers and Azure services.
• Implement and manage Azure security features, Windows firewalls, and access controls (NSG/Storage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Experience in Azure infrastructure, including VM provisioning, networking, storage, and security.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with automation tools like PowerShell, Azure Automation, DevOps, or similar.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Failover Clustering, Hyper-V, storage technologies, load balancer, and application gateways.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and service management tools.

Experience

3-7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.

Environment

• Ability to work in shifts for 24/7 system monitoring and support.
• On-call for P1/P2 issues.

Salary

CBR: 110K
