Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to provide end-to-end
solutions to international students to achieve their dreams. We have started the journey with UniAcco (Global
Student Accommodation platform) in 2019 and have launched UniCreds (Marketplace for education loans) in
2020 our third vertical UniScholarz which is recently launched is a global counselling platform that offers
effective mentoring by specialised counselors. These three consumer tech-led companies enable students to
have the most hassle-free experience in reaching their educational goals free of cost. Because we believe
dreams shouldn’t be compromised under any circumstances.

UniAcco aggregates Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) properties on its online

We at Uniacco are looking for a high-performing Supply Manager who can help us in onboarding the product
portfolio and manage the master data on a day-to-day basis and ensuring data quality and integrity.You will be
responsible for crafting seasonal plans to keep the portfolio updated, process automation, product changes
requirement and research for other jurisdictions.
Roles and responsibilities:
● The AVP Sales will be the sole custodian for revenue generation in the team.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients for each state; set monthly targets for
the team be accountable for month on month / quarter on quarter target
● Gather market/competitor intelligence from Regional Sales Managers, create competitor
benchmarking and design action plans for the brands.
● Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales
and revenue numbers.
● Responsible for analyzing, structuring and solving select business problems across verticals.
● Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various
key sales metrics like expense controls, revenue achievements from each region etc.
● P&L Management - Understanding the financial objectives of the company and taking execution
ownership of the complete P&L of the sales team with a view of maximizing revenue and minimizing
expenditure.
● Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
● Build a strong pipeline. Proactively and accurately manage opportunity pipeline
● Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.
● Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
● Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify winning strategies.
● Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
● Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver results
● Achieve high CSAT ratings by exceeding customer expectations
● Propose and present solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives.
Required Skills:
● Aggressive in approach self-starter self-motivated
● Business acumen and ability to work in a matrixed environment
● Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and organization skills
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
● Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable
solutions

● Premium College - Either B Tech/MBA
● Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years
