<div>Role Overview</div>
<div>The Vice President - Operations will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, new product industrialization, and delivery excellence for a rapidly scaling EV charging business. The role demands deep hands-on experience in large-scale manufacturing operations, new product development, and direct engagement with India’s leading automotive OEMs.</div>
<div>This leader will play a critical role in bringing new EV charging products from concept to mass production, while scaling operations in line with aggressive growth plans and ensuring world-class quality, cost, and delivery.</div>

Key Responsibilities</div>
<div>1. Manufacturing & Operations Excellence<br />
• Own and lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, quality, planning, and continuous improvement.<br />
• Scale manufacturing capacity to meet growing OEM demand while maintaining best-in-class quality, safety, and cost efficiency.<br />
• Drive operational excellence initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) across plants and suppliers.</div>
<div>2. New Product Development (NPD) & Industrialization<br />
• Lead the operations and industrialization aspects of new product development, from design freeze to mass production.<br />
• Partner closely with R&D, product management, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA), reliability, and cost optimization.<br />
• Own prototype builds, pilot production, PPAP/APQP processes, and smooth ramp-up to volume production.<br />
• Ensure new products meet OEM standards, regulatory compliance, and certification requirements.<br />
• Shorten time-to-market through structured NPI/NPD processes and cross-functional execution.</div>
<div>3. OEM Supply & Customer Execution<br />
• Lead operational relationships with India’s largest automotive OEM customers, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.<br />
• Collaborate with OEM quality, supply chain, and program teams to support new product launches and production ramp-ups.</div>
<div>4. Supply Chain & Vendor Management<br />
• Build and manage a resilient and cost-effective supplier ecosystem for power electronics, assemblies, and critical components.<br />
• Work with suppliers during NPD phases to develop new components, validate processes, and ensure scalability and localization.</div>
<div>5. Strategy & Scale<br />
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate business strategy into scalable operational and product industrialization roadmaps.<br />
• Lead capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and Make-in-India localization efforts.<br />
• Drive data-driven decision making through robust MIS, KPIs, and operational dashboards.</div>
<div>6. People & Culture<br />
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing manufacturing, NPD, and operations teams.<br />
• Foster a culture of ownership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.</div>

Ideal Candidate Profile</div>
<div>1. Education<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).<br />
• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Industrial Management preferred.</div>
<div>2. Experience<br />
• 12–15 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing operations and new product industrialization, preferably in EVs, automotive, power electronics, or industrial products.<br />
• Proven experience in taking new products from concept/pilot to mass production.<br />
• Strong track record of supplying to India’s top automotive OEMs.</div>
