Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The developer will work to enhance business processes and ensure that the organization leverages the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 to meet its operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Maintain and update documentation related to solutions and best practices.
• Provide support and training to end-users for effective system adoption.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Expertise in data integration and migration techniques.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including CRM and ERP functionalities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD processes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and deployment.

Experience

• A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration.
