Phase 2 will focus on building General Trade at scale.
You will architect and execute this journey.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a revenue ownership role.

Role Overview
As Head of Growth & Revenue, you will own Bizzy Bix’s end-to-end commercial performance.
You will be accountable for:
•    National revenue targets
•    Channel-wise growth
•    Commercial execution
•    Margin delivery
•    Profitability alongside scale
This role carries full ownership of topline outcomes across all channels.
You will work closely with the founders, brand, operations, and finance teams.
