This is a completely on-ground role where you will be responsible for making sure everything works smoothly &mdash; from coordinating with the production plant to managing the store after launch.</div> <div>Before launch, you will work closely with the production plant to plan daily requirements, move stock between the plant and the parlour, and check product quality. You will also help with setting up the parlour by coordinating with vendors, ensuring equipment, raw materials, and supplies are arranged, and supporting basic SOPs for store operations, hygiene, and service.</div> <div>Once the parlour is live, you will handle the store end-to-end. This includes opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling customers, and solving day-to-day issues. You will train and manage 2&ndash;3 store staff, explain work processes and hygiene standards, and ensure everyone follows SOPs properly.</div> <div>You will also be responsible for stock management &mdash; ensuring timely replenishment, reducing wastage, tracking daily stock, and coordinating with vendors when needed. You will act as the main point of contact between the production plant, the store, and vendors, and share regular updates with the founder on operations, stock, and any issues.</div> <div>This role is meant for someone who is comfortable working on the ground, coordinating between places, handling people, and taking full responsibility for smooth store operations.</div> <div>Ideal Candidate:<br /> Someone with 5-10 years of experience in running or managing a store, caf&eacute;, ice cream shop, QSR, cloud kitchen, or retail outlet. Must be comfortable managing staff, traveling between the plant and the store, handling vendors, and working in a fast-moving setup. An ownership mindset and willingness to get things done on the ground are very important.</div> <div>Growth Opportunity:<br /> As the business grows, there is a clear opportunity to move into a multi-store or city operations role and handle additional outlets.</div>
