<div>Summary:<br />
The Lead - Human Resource will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align<br />
with our organizational goals. This role involves handling comprehensive documentation, creating a<br />
performance management system (PMS) from scratch, and managing various HR operations to ensure<br />
effective and efficient HR practices.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Performance Management System (PMS) Development:<br />
o Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system (PMS)<br />
tailored to the company’s strategic goals.<br />
o Develop performance appraisal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and feedback<br />
mechanisms.<br />
o Monitor and refine the PMS based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.</div>
<div>2. Documentation Management:<br />
o Create, maintain, and manage all HR-related documentation, including employee<br />
handbooks, policies, procedures, and compliance records.<br />
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and employee records.<br />
o Oversee the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.<br />
3. HR Operations:<br />
o Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,<br />
and performance management.<br />
o Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and<br />
regulatory requirements.<br />
o Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.<br />
4. Strategic HR Planning:<br />
o Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.<br />
o Identify and address HR needs and challenges to support organizational growth and<br />
efficiency.<br />
o Develop and implement talent management and employee development programs.<br />
5. Employee Engagement and Relations:<br />
o Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement through effective<br />
communication and relationship management.<br />
o Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution processes.<br />
6. Training and Development:<br />
o Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and<br />
performance.<br />
o Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies.<br />
7. Compliance and Legal:<br />
o Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.<br />
o Conduct audits and assessments to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal<br />
requirements.</div>
<div>Qualifications:<br />
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from Tier 1<br />
College or B School.<br />
• Proven experience (typically 3-7 years) in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR planning<br />
and performance management.<br />
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.<br />
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.<br />
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills.<br />
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and<br />
influence stakeholders.<br />
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, LMS).</div>
