Job Description
Designation - Junior Key Account Manager - Amazon
1. Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies and executing plans to drive and scale Revenue
2. Should have good knowledge of PnL / Pricing / Unit Economics and Growth Levers
3. Manage an eCommerce platform like Amazon to ensure accurate product listings with good content and manage inventory levels at the channel to maintain the RIS (CPT).
4. Keep tracking listings at Amazon to monitor customer behavior and take action accordingly.
5. Coordinating with the Ops team to create shipments and ensure the stock is available at platform warehouses across India as per demand.
6. Strong coordination and follow-up with the internal and external departments
7. Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central's accounts
Additional Requirements
- A person should understand the eCommerce industry and supply chain well and be well-versed in the eCommerce online portals.
- Well-versed with Google Sheets and in-depth knowledge of Excel's formulas
- A person should have strong analytical skills to play with data, draw projections and inferences, and execute them.
- Must have teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, team bonding, fast learning, ownership, and communication skills.
Education Background:
- Any Graduate or MBA
- Experience: 1-3 years in the eCommerce industry with a similar role
- Logical thinking and mathematical ability to work with figures without compromising on accuracy
