Job Description
<p>Handle first hand technical queries from customers/OEMs and provide basic battery technology support.Coordinate with internal teams for customer integration activities.</p>
<p>Support logistics processes, documentation, and issue resolution.Share customer feedback, concerns, and improvement points with the manager.</p>
<p>Ensure smooth communication and follow-up between customer, quality, and logistics Requirements:Minimum 1-2 year experience in quality monitoring or technical support (battery/lithium-ion preferred).Basic understanding of battery management system Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage first cut customer expectations and communicate issues to internal team. Experience working with cross-country teams is an added advantage.</p>
