Job Description
Handle first hand technical queries from customers/OEMs and provide basic battery technology support.Coordinate with internal teams for customer integration activities.
Support logistics processes, documentation, and issue resolution.Share customer feedback, concerns, and improvement points with the manager.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up between customer, quality, and logistics Requirements:Minimum 1-2 year experience in quality monitoring or technical support (battery/lithium-ion preferred).Basic understanding of battery management system Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage first cut customer expectations and communicate issues to internal team. Experience working with cross-country teams is an added advantage.
