Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to handle the complete spectrum of design responsibilities, from preparing drawings to providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong focus on converting concepts into production-ready designs and ensuring project accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept, foundation, working, interior, and finishing drawings.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings, BIM models, 3D visualisations, and high-quality renderings.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection to resolve design conflicts before production and execution.
• Convert design concepts into accurate, cost-effective, and production-ready drawings.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for various construction elements.
• Support the pre-sales team with concept layouts, renderings, and preliminary estimations.
• Coordinate directly with clients for design requirements, approvals, modifications, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams and resolve design and execution-related issues.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Arch or equivalent architectural qualification.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
  • Skilled in Autodesk Revit (BIM Modelling)
  • Familiar with Autodesk Navisworks (Clash Detection and BIM Coordination)
  • Experienced in SketchUp (3D Modelling)
  • Proficient in Lumion (Rendering and Walkthroughs)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (for BOQs, calculations, and material planning)
• Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in architectural drawings, BIM modelling, interiors, BOQs, and material planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prefab modular buildings, LGSF structures, factory production, or turnkey projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, client-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• At least 4-7 years of relevant experience required, with a strong background in architectural design and project execution.
