Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, data-obsessed and entrepreneurial VP of Growth to lead Earthful’s next phase of expansion. This leader will own the end-to-end user growth journey — from discovery to purchase to retention — across performance, product, content, and lifecycle marketing.

You'll work directly with the founders and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value, while building and mentoring a high-performing growth team.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Own and scale all growth KPIs: CAC, RoAS, LTV, retention, revenue per user.
  • Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Paid (Meta, Google, Marketplaces), Organic (SEO, Content), CRM (Email, WhatsApp), and Product-led growth levers.
  • Develop and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel — from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
  • Partner with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing P&L
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation
  • Build and mentor a world-class growth team including Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Analytics
  • Establish a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, and messaging

Skill sets: 

  • 4+ years’ experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth D2C or consumer brand
  • Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies
  • Highly analytical – strong command over Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, GA4, and BI dashboards
  • Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creatives, product, and CX teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
