Job Summary

The AVP of Recruitments will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization secures top-tier talent for Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking roles. This position plays a vital role in aligning the recruitment strategy with the company’s business objectives and contributes to building a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various banking positions.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, or Investment Banking.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; strong understanding of banking services and financial products.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Experience in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy development.
