Job Summary
The AVP of Recruitments will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization secures top-tier talent for Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking roles. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, or Investment Banking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; strong understanding of banking services and financial products.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

- Experience in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy development.
