dynamic and driven Brand Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: As the Brand Manager at Creme Castle, you will lead our social media, digital,
and direct marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
This role requires expertise in leveraging various marketing channels, including social media
platforms, digital advertising, and direct communication channels. A strong focus on performance
metrics, strategic planning, and execution is essential to achieve measurable results and drive
business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase
brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships
across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to drive audience
growth and brand advocacy.
2. Digital Marketing Initiatives:
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email
marketing, and SEM, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI
across digital channels.
3. Direct Marketing Campaigns:
• Strategize and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns, including email
marketing, SMS campaigns, and direct mail, to engage existing customers and
acquire new ones.
• Leverage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance
campaign effectiveness and drive conversion.
4. Partnership Development:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including
hyperlocal marketing platforms and industry influencers, to expand brand reach and
drive customer engagement.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with brand objectives and
maximize promotional opportunities.
5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to
develop integrated GTM strategies for new product launches and promotions.
• Drive execution of GTM plans, including market research, pricing strategy, and
promotional activities, to achieve sales targets.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including social media engagement,
website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies,
drive continuous improvement, and achieve business objectives.
