Job Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Aftersales Solutions Specialist to drive innovation at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy. In this role, you’ll lead digital tool development, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance aftersales systems for the North American heavy-duty truck market. Your work will directly impact dealer operations, customer satisfaction, and business efficiency.
Responsibilities

Digital Commerce Enablement
- Support digital catalog accuracy and enhance online parts availability.
- Contribute to e-commerce platform improvements—experience in digital commerce is a strong plus.

Aftersales Systems & PIM Enhancements
- Lead scalable Product Information Management (PIM) development, testing, and data migration with global collaboration.
- Resolve system issues using SQL and Jira, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Global Project Leadership
- Drive cross-functional alignment to meet project milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain real-time visibility through Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.

Dealer Inventory Optimization
- Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Collaborate with dealer teams to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Innovation & Digital Tool Development
- Lead AI-driven proof-of-concepts and automation initiatives.
- Integrate emerging technologies to improve service, diagnostics, and planning.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
- Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, Snowflake, SQL
- Tools: Power BI (expert), Power Automate, Jira
- Standards: VMRS, Autocare PIES & ACES
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck systems, aftersales processes, and inventory management.
