This role involves onboarding new brokers, building long-term partnerships, and driving buyer traffic and property acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills and be able to manage a high volume of on-field interactions. Role Overview The Channel Partner Enablement Associate will play a key support role within Truva&rsquo;s Channel Partnerships team. This role focuses on assisting Broker Relationship Managers (RMs) by managing collaterals, communications, and backend operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work across teams. Key Responsibilities ● Support the creation and updating of broker-facing collaterals such as pitch decks, WhatsApp creatives, and onboarding kits. ● Coordinate CP app notifications, WhatsApp updates, and broker communication campaigns. ● Act as backend support for the CP team by tracking tasks, weekly updates, and reports. ● Liaise with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of content and tools. ● Provide coordination and logistics support for broker campaigns, open houses, and events. ● Capture and relay feedback from RMs to improve tools, collaterals, and processes. Requirements ● Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline. ● 1&ndash;2 years of experience in operations, partnerships, or marketing support roles. ● Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, WhatsApp Business; CRM/Notion knowledge is a plus. ● Fluency in Hindi and English.
