Gen AI Architect

Job Summary

The Gen AI Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions across India. This role demands a visionary leader who can architect innovative AI frameworks, ensure robust integration with existing systems, and drive technical excellence across multiple projects. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and Build AI Architectures: Develop comprehensive and scalable generative AI architectures tailored to meet diverse business requirements.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational objectives.
• Research and Innovation: Continuously monitor advances in generative AI technologies and integrate innovative methods and tools into the solution architecture.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor technical teams, oversee code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices in AI development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present technical designs and project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all AI solutions comply with relevant data security, privacy standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software architecture or development with significant exposure to AI and machine learning technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of generative AI models and deep learning frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and designing scalable, distributed solutions.
• Architectural Skills: Proven track record in designing microservices-based architectures and implementing robust, secure systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex technical projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Cutting-Edge AI Trends: Familiarity with Transformer-based models, GPT series, and other state-of-the-art generative AI frameworks.
• MLOps and Containerization: Experience with MLOps practices, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Innovation Mindset: Ability to adapt to rapid technological changes and incorporate emerging AI trends into solution designs.

Experience

• Professional Background: 8+ years of relevant experience in AI architecture, software development, and technical leadership.
• Industry Exposure: Experience working on large-scale projects, preferably across different regions in India, ensuring solutions are optimized for diverse operational landscapes.
