Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Leverage lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) to source and identify new business opportunities. Conduct outreach via email, and social media to engage new leads and initiate sales conversations. • Sales Presentations & Discovery Calls: Present the value of our AI-powered content moderation platform to potential clients during discovery calls and sales presentations. Understand clients' challenges and identify how our platform can help them address their content moderation and safety needs. • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot) to manage leads, track outreach efforts, and maintain up-to-date records of all communications and opportunities. • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and trends observed during outreach efforts. Authentic Communication Engage with prospects in an authentic and genuine manner, ensuring they feel heard and understood. Maintain clear and confident verbal and written communication, ensuring that interactions are personal and build trust. • Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel. Prioritize follow-ups, ensuring timely and consistent responses to new leads. Strategizing with the marketing team as well.
