Job Description

Deliver revenue targets against the AOP<br /> Forecast, develop and implement industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target<br /> enterprise and large clients<br /> Establish pricing models that optimize revenue potential while maintaining competitive<br /> positioning in the marketplace<br /> Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams towards AOP<br /> achievement<br /> Ability to hire and retain the right talent and ensure role-readiness, be accountable for their<br /> training, performance, mentoring and motivation, success, recognition and growth<br /> Constantly create alternate sources of revenue and back-up plans towards goal<br /> achievement<br /> Manage team performance through a robust Performance Management Process involving<br /> goal setting, regular reviews, feedback, capability building,<br /> Generate whitepapers, thought leadership papers, and sales presentations as required to<br /> strength brand image and client confidence<br /> Bring industry best practices for customer acquisition/retention strategies and focus on<br /> being future ready<br /> Constantly anticipate challenges and prepare back-up plans for success<br /> Be a core part of the think-tank to anticipate future needs, challenges and work towards<br /> long-term strategies<br /> Display high level of accountability and problem solving skills<br /> Very high level of customer centricity and relationship management and networking skills<br /> Understand and monitor key sales metrics, sales technology stack, data visualization,<br /> executive reporting, and others
