Job Description

Deliver revenue targets against the AOP
Forecast, develop and implement industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target
enterprise and large clients
Establish pricing models that optimize revenue potential while maintaining competitive
positioning in the marketplace
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams towards AOP
achievement
Ability to hire and retain the right talent and ensure role-readiness, be accountable for their
training, performance, mentoring and motivation, success, recognition and growth
Constantly create alternate sources of revenue and back-up plans towards goal
achievement
Manage team performance through a robust Performance Management Process involving
goal setting, regular reviews, feedback, capability building,
Generate whitepapers, thought leadership papers, and sales presentations as required to
strength brand image and client confidence
Bring industry best practices for customer acquisition/retention strategies and focus on
being future ready
Constantly anticipate challenges and prepare back-up plans for success
Be a core part of the think-tank to anticipate future needs, challenges and work towards
long-term strategies
Display high level of accountability and problem solving skills
Very high level of customer centricity and relationship management and networking skills
Understand and monitor key sales metrics, sales technology stack, data visualization,
executive reporting, and others
