Company Industry: Marketing and Advertising Experience: 5-10 years Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager, you will be the senior-most account person dedicated to the long-term delivery of work on a group of accounts. You will be partnering with the Art/Creative Directors to identify client needs, develop long-term work plans, determine solutions to client business challenges, and manage client contact. You will have to develop a thorough understanding of our clients and drive customer engagement as you will be responsible for streamlining processes for the entire client lifecycle from on-boarding to churn. Client interaction will be primarily driven by your team. You will be expected to provide guidance to the team and engage with clients during escalations
