Job Summary

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from origination to execution. This role is critical in supporting deal sourcing, performing in-depth analyses, and preparing various key documentation, all of which contribute significantly to the success of the organization’s investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to execution.
• Support deal sourcing through market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling.
• Conduct industry deep-dives and peer benchmarking.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analysis along with scenario analysis.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to live transactions, including project management and deal execution.
• Collaborate closely with global investment teams on day-to-day deal work.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a global university.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a team-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience with equity market deals across multiple sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Additional certifications in finance or investment analysis may be advantageous.

Experience

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
