Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness through digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of digital marketing expertise and sales acumen to generate and convert leads into customers effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, case studies, email newsletters).
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic traffic and visibility.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with designers and content writers for marketing collaterals.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and upsell/cross-sell services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and business development.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Experience in B2B marketing & sales is a plus.
