Job Description
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new corporate clients interested in camphor-based corporate gifting solutions. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored gifting options.
- Product Customization & Proposals: Work closely with the product and packaging teams to create customized corporate gifting solutions that meet the client’s requirements and branding needs.
- Negotiation: Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by following up post-delivery, gathering feedback, and addressing any issues.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
