Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
● Own a market completely and manage your own pipeline of prospects from lead generation to contract
● Market research to shortlist targets and identify prospects.
● Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact information
● Learn in-house products and offerings, and work as a domain expert
● Conduct web product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects of the product offer
● Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships;
● Engage directly with decision makers and critical stakeholders.
● Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports within CRM tools
● Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the leadership.
● Identify the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members.
● Oversee the sales squad's initiatives to reach objectives and generate realistic, consistent outcomes.
● Develop the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.
● Write the annualized plan, a framework for action articulating how a business will generate sales over a specified timeframe.
● Develop a Sales Manual, a handbook outlining the recommended practices for each form of sales engagement.
● Define a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales.
● Guide sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
 
What you should have:
● Excellent research and planning skills
● Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone and in person
● 5+ years experience in a SaaS sales, ideally in the BFSI sector
● Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools
● Proven track record of success in B2B sales
● Strong Leadership
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively
● Strong work ethic and discipline
● Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “will do” attitude.
