Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new industrial clients for adhesives and coatings products.
Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Regularly visit clients, conduct market research, and gather competitor insights.
Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Travel within NCR and surrounding regions as required to develop and maintain business relationships.
