Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms and tools, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and effective solutions. This role focuses on quickly building capabilities around Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Agentforce, with an emphasis on enhancing customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead the design of robust Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and understand business requirements, translating them into actionable technical designs.
• Solution Mapping: Identify and recommend out-of-the-box features within Financial Services Cloud to address specific customer needs.
• Capability Development: Quickly build expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Agentforce to deliver tailored solutions.
• Platform Optimization: Focus on tools such as:
  • Sales Cloud for sales automation.
  • Service Cloud for customer service management.
  • Field Service Lightning for field operations.
  • Commerce Cloud (B2B) for e-commerce solutions.
• Technical Integration: Utilize tools like MuleSoft, Tableau, Heroku, and IoT Cloud to create seamless integrations and advanced functionalities.
• Hands-On Development: Perform coding and customization to meet specific requirements, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with teams and clients to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce innovations to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Architect
  • Advanced Administrator
  • Platform Developer I & II (PD1/PD2)
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Field Service Consultant
• Proven experience with Salesforce architecture, platform design, and solution delivery.
• Hands-on coding and development experience with Salesforce tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau, Heroku, and IoT Cloud for advanced integration and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Agentforce.

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery.
