Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Java Developer who is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications. In this role, you will design and develop microservices using Quarkus and proven design patterns, contribute to cloud architecture, and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement microservices using Quarkus and best practices.
• Contribute to building a robust, scalable cloud-native architecture.
• Own and maintain in-house frameworks leveraging reactive programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA) for smooth delivery.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Identify and implement performance optimization and resource efficiency.
• Stay updated with advancements in Java, Quarkus, and cloud technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Java, microservices, APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, Kafka/NATS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Proven expertise in performance tuning, profiling, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Quarkus, Spring Boot, or similar microservice frameworks.
• Strong understanding of design principles and patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with technology trends.
• Experience with XML, functional programming, and reactive programming.
• Exposure to cloud-native technologies and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML), AI, or Generative AI (GenAI) integration.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior developers.
