Product company or ecommerce company - P&L owner of the category (Private label or other brands)

Understanding of pricing, procurement, assortment, merchandising, inventory planning

Someone who has either done D2C for a big company or worked in a D2C/ eCom company/ marketplaces

Not pureplay consumer tech brand exp or service based

Business operations (Not SC)

Category is flexible

AD at Flipkart can also work

 

Eg. Ecom or BH at Adidas will also be suitable

CTC: 40L and can give good equity/ ESOPs

Young manages Amazon - but will be involved in the business part of it

Team: 1 category head for Totem and Embler - support system exists, will have to take care of it
