- The FM will be responsible for formulating and driving the overall business strategy, leading investment management teams, overseeing fund performance, and ensuring compliance and governance standards are maintained at the highest level. The role involves spearheading AUM growth, product innovation, business development, and strategic client alliances—primarily in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investor segments.

- The ideal incumbent must be able to balance visionary leadership with hands-on fund management experience, show a track record of building and scaling profitable investment platforms, and exhibit strong stakeholder management skills with regulators, clients, and internal teams.

- This role will report to Mr Shahzad Madon

- Compensation: In line with senior leadership, fixed plus performance-linked variable incentives, commensurate with experience and business outcomes.

- Pool to be tapped: Targeting senior fund managers, CIOs, Heads of Investments, and investment team leaders currently in PMS, asset management companies, or similar platforms with demonstrable fund management achievements.
